Over the years a slew of new TLDs have emerged. Many TLDs are meant to serve a purpose, so I ask the following:
1. Will .tel work with my rotary phone? How do I dial the dot?
2. What channel do I view my .tv domains on?
3. Shouldn’t the .cc TLD just be copies of the .com domains?
4. Shouldn’t there be a .bcc TLD that is a copy of all of the .cc domains, but no one can see them?
5. Shouldn’t there be a .r and .x TLD before there is a .xxx TLD?
6. Without .you to go with .me how can there be a .us?
If you are a developer or investor in domains, newbie or veteran, surely you can see how confusing the domain landscape can be.
